George Frideric Handel’s glorious Messiah is a landmark oratorio, with soaring arias, memorable choruses, and all the elegance traditionally associated with the High Baroque style. This beloved masterpiece is also one of the most enduring messages of hope in the entire choral repertoire. Do not miss The Symphony’s annual production of Messiah—a Santa Fe tradition and a “can’t miss” event of every holiday season. Conducted by Gary Thor Wedow and featuring the full Symphony Orchestra & Chorus, with choral direction by Carmen Flórez-Mansi, this season’s brilliant cast of stars include soprano Cadie J. Bryan, mezzo-soprano Gina Perregrino, tenor Aaron Crouch, and bass Kevin Burdette
